Chapter 1728 - Not Daring to Provoke

Chapter 1728: Not Daring to Provoke

“Check again. I just can’t shake the feeling that they didn’t kill the wrong person.” Chase You Hehe wasn’t an idiot.

But he just couldn’t figure out why these people wanted to kill him. He was always very friendly to everyone. Even if he was plotting against someone, he’d do it secretly. And in Dawn, not many people knew who he was anyway. Who would be so bored as to assemble a whole group of people to fight him?

“I’m sure. I used Cone of Cold to check and there isn’t even a thief using Stealth,” the Mage guaranteed many times.

Suddenly, Chase You Hehe fell down yet again. He wasn’t far from the entrance to the Instance Dungeon. As long as he could step into the Instance Dungeon, then this nightmare would be over, but he couldn’t even take one step in.

“You’re on the same side as them. Didn’t you say they had already left?”

“Maybe there’s too many of them. They could’ve waited after my spells and then re-entered again,” the Mage suggested as he racked his brains.

“I haven’t wronged anyone before. I didn’t use my old name, and not many people know my new name,” Chase You Hehe groaned in frustration.

“Well, bro, how about we go back to the city and then to Zul’Farrak. With your level you can enter Zul’Farrak now.” The Mage suggested.

On the field, since the ‘Chase You Hehe’ who tricked Lu Li of everything he had and made Lu Xin penniless, everything that Chase You Hehe faced was all illogical.

How could a new person in the game offend anyone? Even if he did wrong someone, there was no need to keep killing him again and again.

Chase You Hehe hired someone to deal with this, but he really wanted to get to level 60 as soon as possible. Revenge and all that could take its time. While he let people investigate who those people were just then, he went back to the main city to respawn.

After he respawned, he went to Zul’Farrak under the guidance of the Mage. “Grrr, wait till I’m level 60. I’ll definitely bring an even bigger bunch of people to get some revenge,” Chase You Hehe thought.

“Relatively speaking, your level is still a little low. I’ll go to the entrance first to clear up some monsters, and after I’m done you can come in,” the Mage warned Chase You Hehe at the entrance of the Instance Dungeon, before entering the Instance Dungeon first.

“Ooowww,” a voice cried pitifully.

The Mage was startled. He was surrounded by a group of little monsters and he quickly took care of the little monsters, then he gasped and saw that Chase You Hehe had been finished off again.

When he got out of the Instance Dungeon, apart from seeing Chase You Hehe’s corpse, he also saw a familiar face. It was a Paladin, his face full of regret, mumbling to himself, “Damn, killed the wrong one again.”

“Damn you, no idiot would believe you! Who are you? Why do you keep killing my friend? Do you know what club we’re from?” the Mage interrogated in a shrieking voice.

“You don’t belong to a club,” Her Tears replied provocatively.

“You...you...” the Mage stammered. He simply couldn’t get any words out.

There were a few dozen people on their side, and who knew how many more were hidden away. As a PVE player, he simply didn’t dare to attack.

“They...shouldn’t come here again right,” Chase You Hehe groaned sluggishly in his spirit form. In any case, he wouldn’t believe whatever the Mage said now. He didn’t blame the opponents for being smart, but it was his own fault for having a useless teammate.

“Nope, I’ve talked with them, they’re probably just looking for trouble,” the Mage sighed pathetically.

“Trick them into saying something. I’m calling someone, if we put up with something like this then where do we draw the line?” Chase You Hehe said. He was never one who liked to wait. Even though he hadn’t levelled up fully yet, he still had people behind him. An amazing club got his back; He needed to let these people know the furry of such a high-level club.

“We, we’re from Judgement Spear,” Her Tears confessed. What the hell was Judgement Spear?

Never heard of it. The Mage told Chase You Hehe about Judgement Spear, and both of them hadn’t heard of such a club. So what were they waiting for? Of course they’d call for reinforcements straight away. They’d just get a few people from Gangnam Style to simply destroy these guys.

It looked like there were a few dozen of them, but they didn’t know if some were hidden. So, it was best if they brought about 300 PVP players.

So many people suddenly transferred to the guild. Of course, the club boss, Heart of War, couldn’t have any idea about what was happening initially. He had stronger authority and control than anyone else, and because of this, he spoke out and asked what was happening.

“What, Judgement Spear?” To begin with, Heart of War didn’t feel like there was anything weird. But just a second later, he realized who this unheard guild was. He knew that today Ruling Sword had started up a new branch. Everyone called this the ‘Ruling Sword Branch Guild’, but almost no one had brought up the name Judgement Spear.

“Yeah, I’ll bring some members over to get rid of them. Damn them, they killed me quite a few times,” Chase You Hehe complained angrily.

“Wait, don’t go. What did you do to provoke them?” Heart of War questioned in cold sweat. A big disaster was going to happen if he didn’t react in time. Wouldn’t a big war erupt again?

Heart of War and Lu Li had clashed quite a few times, but every single time it was he that suffered. Lu Li made his club rank last in the list of high-level clubs— on the brink of disintegrating. Fortunately, he had money and the ability to avoid a full blown war with Ruling Sword. Now, he could finally breathe again.

However, if you were to say he was afraid of Lu Li from now on, or whenever he met him he’d avoid him, well, that certainly wouldn’t be true. The thing about this game is that it was always important to keep track of old scores. If he wanted to settle these scores, Hear of War would definitely attack Ruling Sword fiercely. He hasn’t yet not because he hadn’t recovered his strength, or because Ruling Sword had entered into a golden age, he was just waiting for Gangnam Royals to return to glory and for Ruling Sword to reach a crisis of some sort. Then the opportune time would come for action.

“I didn’t stir them up. I’m a level 30 something sock puppet. What can I do to provoke them?” Chase You hehe defended himself, emphasizing that he really had been treated badly.

“But why did they kill you?” Heart of War was having a headache. If it was someone ordinary, he’d just kick him out of the guild and it’d all be over, but Chase You Hehe was different. He was Heart of War’s brother from his own guild. Although he was part of a pretty distant branch, many families had invested in this guy. Since he was young, he had been playing behind him, so he was really one of his closest confidants.
