The Assassin's Enemy Lover

Chapter 483

Zi Han flicked the tip of his nose with his finger trying to conceal the smile on his lips. “Uh, no need. We can play with guns though. I already played dress up too many times. Mum said I make a very pretty girl,” he said only for Yeoh Jun to sit up his eyes wide.

“Really? She made you dress up? Let me see,” he said clearly amused by this.

Zi Han pulled up a picture in his academy uniform in a thigh high skirt looking like a baddie or to be more precise, a goddess.

“Grandpa made me wear it as punishment but as it turns out I quite enjoyed it,” said Zi Han happy to share with his dad.

“You look exactly like her when I met her except for the eyes. Aww, my little Hanifa.”

Zi Han, “...”

That name was haunting him like a ghost in the night. “Maybe you two should try for another one. You can finally have Hanifa,” he retorted back and Yeoh Jun pointed at the image floating mid-air.

“Why do all that when we can just dress you up? Making another is too much work. I can have both a son and a daughter at the same time, with minimum effort,” replied Yeoh Jun in a joking tone.

.....

Zi Han laughed out loud his soul calming down considerably. “I can’t wait to take you home. It’s been very hard on her,” he said and Yeoh Jun leaned back his body relaxed.

“I can’t wait either. I want to make it up to her and you,” he replied with the sun rays shining on his eyes like pearls on the sandy beach.

“I am happy that you are alive. I never thought I would meet you,” said Zi Han before taking the last sip. His father that had been leaning back in a relaxed posture suddenly stood up and stretched out his hand to him.

Zi Han looked up at the tall figure standing before him and asked, “What?”

“Come on, get up,” said Yeoh Jun, and Zi Han reached his hand up before his father pulled him up.

He was about to ask again when his father pulled him into an embrace. This he honestly hadn’t seen coming. He wasn’t an emotionally demanding person, well, to anyone other than Yi Chen thus he didn’t expect any type of intimacy from his father neither did he ever expect it from his mother.

But as it turns out his father was the affectionate type. Yeoh Jun embraced him tightly and the emotions that he had been holding back sprung up like a geyser.

His tear ducts that had been dry for a while began to flow like a waterfall and Zi Han wasn’t any better. He clutched his father’s clothes tightly as the tears followed down uncontrollably. It was all Yeoh Jun’s fault. When he felt the tears wet his shoulder he couldn’t help it.

The two of them were like this for the next five minutes until they heard a shattering sound followed by a flash. They both turned to look in that direction only to find Raylan near them with a floating screen in front of them.

“Seriously Raylan, you forgot to switch off the flash mode,” whispered Yi Chen questioning the intelligence of his mech. Why wasn’t it as smart as the one called Iggy?

The pair of father and son separated from each other wiping their tears embarrassedly. Yeoh Jun pointed at Yi Chen in the mech and threatened, “Don’t you dare speak of this ever.”

Yi Chen, “???”

What was so embarrassing about this? This was perfectly natural. “I won’t tell a soul. I promise... I just brought you a gift,” said Yi Chen and Raylan opened its palm before tossing a blood-covered Yeoh Lang.

The man’s body rolled on the floor and Zi Han turned to his father before asking, “Do you want me to deal with him?”

Yeoh Jun gestured with his hand and said, “Be my guest.”

Zi Han pressed the tip of his tongue on his cheek with a disdainful look on his face. He dragged him by the back of his collar to the open palm of Raylan.

“Take us to the temple. I want them all to see this,” he said and Yi Chen felt a chill crawl up his back. When his wife smiled it was like looking at a magnificent blinding light that could soothe one’s demons but when he had that menacing expression on it was like standing in the presence of the god of death. His baby was indeed terrifying.

What he did when they reached that table had him wincing almost taking pity on this amimal. Zi Han grabbed a belt from who knows where and began to whip this grown man in front of everybody.

No matter how hard he begged or cried for mercy there was no mercy to speak off. Zi Han humiliated him and made all of them see it so they will know not to be deceived the next time.

Zi Han didn’t give him any time to breathe.

That is, he beat the man to death with a belt leaving Yeoh Jun flabbergasted. In this moment he didn’t know whether to be proud or worried. His wife raised him into a fine young man but she also taught him things that only the Bloodgarde would do. His poor baby who should have been a spoilt little prince was now murdering people for hire. Ah, the horror!

Yeoh Lang was beaten until he could no longer move. Satisfied Zi Han stood upright stretching his back while pushing the stray strands of hair off his forehead.

He took a step back while exhaling deeply and handed his father the belt. “I have avenged you... father,” he said with a mischievous smile and Yeoh Jun rolled his eyes.

“So cheesy. Weren’t you calling me Pa all this time,” said Yeoh Jun holding the blood-stained belt.

Zi Han laughed while Yi Chen grabbed his hand which had bruises and blisters with a look of concern. His heart ached inexplicably seeing his lover hurt like this.
